		<description>According to your post on Dan Meyer&#039;s site, you are most interested in blogging when you aren&#039;t feeling like when you are talking to a mirror.  I often feel the same, so to show I agree, I&#039;m here to contribute.  

I agree that the ivory tower is lost when it comes to daily practitioners.  So much of my master&#039;s in education (I&#039;m sorry to say) was too concerned with the fringes of the business (public relations, statistical research, and philosophical history) then the actual subject of what a &quot;master of education&quot; should be.  Yeah, I wrote a paper on the philosophy of Robert Owen.  How much time did we spend speaking on how to increase literacy in the urban classroom?--very little.
